On October 1, 2015 the Department amended the restrictions governing the former Listing of Free Lawful Expert services Companies at eight C.F.R. § 1003.sixty one et seq. The amendments renamed the Checklist because the “Listing of Pro Bono Lawful Provider Companies” and significantly revised the necessities for companies to be put on the List.
